and another thing...

why do i feel the need to compulsively look at homeschooling curricula?...I wish I would just make up my mind and stick with that but then something happens and...I change my mind...grrrr

time...

So tomorrow Angel Baby will be the same age that Rocket Dog was when Angel Baby was born...20 months.... First I can't hardly believe it's been 20 months but second I realize that Rocket Dog was just a baby when my second was born. Looking back I was just in survival mode at the time but now i've looked at the pictures of the kids and it's almost like I'm looking at someone else's kids! I don't really remember much from that time...good thing I had a camera!

Emergency!!!

So Rocket Dog has been watching Dooley and Pals which is a Barney rip off for christians but at least he's entertained...anyways...yesterday night Hubby takes Rocket Dog outside to watch him fix the tiller for our gigantic garden we are planning. Rocket Dog then comes to the door and says "Mommy come outside"
me: "not now"
RD: "Mommy please come outsiiiide!"
me: "Not now"
he leaves and then comes back...
RD: "Mommy please, please come outside and look"
me: "not now I'm doing the dishes"
RD: "Mommy it's an EMERGENCY!!"
me: "WHAT???"

I run outside to find hubby almost passed out by the tiller...Rocket Dog learned the word emergency from the Dooley program and knew what it meant...HOLY CRAp! Okay he can keep watching the goofy program.....
